I would like to invite you to Nourishing Intuition on Zoom Event on Wednesday 15 or Thursday 16 of April. A gathering to help us shift our attention and align our self-care and the care we provide for others. How? By nourishing and expanding our intuition!

This book offers a source of inspiration and information to help you discover ways of self-care in this period of social-distance.

IT IS TIME FOR NOURISHMENT

More than ever we are facing a shift as our surrounding world is contracting with closed borders and front doors and a new form of social distancing, at least in the physical sense. Our experience of freedom is changing and consciously and subconsciously we are in a process of necessary adjustment.


INCREASE YOUR SENSE OF SPACE

Words such as isolation, social distance and quarantine can make us identify with locking ourselves in and narrowing our sense of space and movement. It almost feels as if the mind is moving and thinking into circles of limitations. But there is space!

What if we instead choose the words retreating, reflecting, cocooning? All of a sudden we see the possibility of growth. And this is worth exploring!


NOURISHING TOOLS 

The last few weeks my close friend and theta healer Chelsey and I have been discussing a way to bring us closer by breaking a barrier of social distance from ourselves and our surroundings. 

Through regular gatherings we would like to introduce nourishing tools to help you increase self-care, awareness and the care for others. Consider it like mini-retreats and interactive workshops that will help you increase your intuitive senses, calm your mind, and start new healthy habits of self-care and reflection.


FUN AND INSIGHTFUL

That is our intention. Ways to help us feel more connected and open up our hearts and creative minds. Think meditations and practices for body, mind and spirit such as self-reflections through somatic practices, tarot, essential oils, chakras, dancing ceremonies.

This group is designed to support and uplift you. Have your say and share what you would like to experience or develop through upcoming workshops and retreats. Your thoughts matter to us. 


Our first meetup is the start of our Sangha (conscious community) and what better way to meet your community than through a sharing circle.
